A single commercial property can contain several flooring environments. We evaluate the conditions in each zone — traffic, cleaning, moisture, appearance, temperature and downtime — and recommends the system around how that specific area operates.
A hotel can require several flooring approaches across one property. Guest-facing areas prioritize appearance and maintenance; kitchens and service zones face moisture, cleaning and tougher operating conditions; exterior guest areas need outdoor-ready systems.
Dining spaces, kitchens, bars, prep zones, locker rooms and service areas do not experience the same conditions. We consider water, grease, cleaning, traction, temperature and the reopening schedule for each zone.
Entrances, sales floors and showrooms need a professional appearance and easy maintenance; back-of-house and service areas may prioritize durability and day-to-day function.
We select systems built for load-bearing capacity, chemical and thermal resistance, and long-term durability — minimizing downtime for facilities that can't afford to shut down for long.
Also serving: firehouses, churches, jails, and other speciality commercial / industrial facilities.
The right commercial floor depends on traffic, moisture, cleaning, temperature, appearance, existing slab condition and how quickly the space must return to service.
Best for: high-traffic interiors
A polyurea-based chip system with a polyaspartic topcoat that provides a clean, professional finish with fast cure characteristics, UV stability and strong everyday durability.
Best for: demanding service conditions
Selected for demanding wet, temperature-changing and service conditions where a heavier-duty system may be required.
Best for: traction + wet zones
A heavier-build option that can add texture and more aggressive slip resistance where the environment requires it.
Best for: outdoor decks & waterproofing
A seamless, crack-free waterproofing membrane system engineered for pedestrian and vehicular traffic decks. Water-catalyzed and TDI-free, Flexideck protects against moisture, weathering and daily wear while offering fast, often single-day installation and slip-resistant finishes for guest-facing outdoor areas.
All-weather performance surface
Cushioned, slip-resistant surfaces engineered for safety and all-weather performance. FlexStone works both indoors and outdoors — from lobbies to pool decks — while FlexPave is built specifically for exterior guest areas. Both reduce slip-and-fall risk and hold up to moisture, weather and daily foot traffic on patios, walkways and pool decks, and more.
Best for: warehouses & retail
A ground-and-polished concrete finish that delivers a durable, low-maintenance surface for high-traffic industrial and retail environments. Ideal where a clean, reflective look supports the brand while standing up to forklift traffic, foot traffic and daily wear.
Surface preparation is treated as the foundation of the flooring system, not an afterthought. TCC mechanically prepares the slab, addresses damage and installs the selected system only after the surface is ready for it.
Review the existing floor, slab condition, moisture concerns, traffic, cleaning, access, operating schedule and the performance the space needs.
Diamond grinding and/or shot blasting is used as appropriate to remove weak material, contaminants and failed coating while creating the required surface profile.
Cracks, pits and relevant surface defects are repaired before the new system is installed. Failed coating and weak areas are removed as required.
Apply the primer / base / body system selected for the facility. The exact build changes by system and use case.
The appropriate texture, broadcast material, traction profile or topcoat is applied based on the selected system and how the space will be used.
Return-to-service is set by the system, project size, access and operating conditions. We’ll coordinate reopening around the selected flooring system.
We power wash and mechanically grind the surface to remove contaminants and create a strong mechanical profile capable of supporting vehicular traffic.
All cracks and weak points are repaired and stabilized to prevent movement and ensure long-term structural integrity under load.
A heavy-duty binder is applied, followed by the FlexPave rubber stone system, installed to withstand traffic while maintaining permeability and traction.
The surface cures into a durable, flexible system engineered to handle vehicles, weather, and daily wear—without the need for a topcoat.
We deep-clean and mechanically prepare the surface, removing contaminants, coatings, and weak areas to create the ideal foundation for long-term adhesion and performance.
Minor cracks and imperfections are repaired and stabilized to ensure a smooth, structurally sound surface designed for durability, comfort, and everyday use.
A high-performance bonding system is applied, followed by the FlexStone/FlexPave rubber stone system, hand-troweled for a seamless, permeable, slip-resistant finish engineered for both beauty and performance.
The system cures into a flexible, durable surface built to withstand weather, wear, and daily use while maintaining long-term comfort, traction, and visual appeal — without the need for a topcoat.
Business Continuity
Commercial flooring timelines depend on square footage, slab condition, access, project complexity and the system being installed. A small office may be completed in a day; larger or more demanding projects can require multiple days.
Schedule installation outside normal customer or operating hours when the project allows.
Break larger facilities into manageable areas when full shutdown is not practical.
Set realistic walk-on, equipment and reopening timing based on the selected system and project conditions.
Account for equipment, deliveries, customer areas, kitchen/ service schedules and site access before installation begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your commercial flooring questions, answered.
The recommendation depends on how the space is used. We consider traffic, water and cleaning, temperature, slab condition, appearance, traction requirements, access and the project schedule before recommending a system.
There is no single timeline for every commercial project. A small office may be completed in a day, while larger or more complex facilities can require multiple days. Final timing depends on square footage, preparation, access and the selected material system.
Yes. Commercial projects can be scheduled at night, on weekends or in phases when the project and facility allow. The goal is to reduce disruption to normal business operations.
Yes. Commercial preparation can include repair of cracks, pits and relevant surface defects before the flooring system is installed. The exact repair scope is determined after the floor is assessed.
Failed or weak coating can be mechanically removed as part of the preparation process when required. The exact scope depends on the existing floor and is confirmed during the assessment.
We work with hotels and resorts, restaurants and country clubs, offices, retail spaces and a range of other commercial and industrial facilities across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties may also apply depending on the specific flooring system and project; applicable coverage should be reviewed in the project proposal.
Commercial projects under roughly 200–250 sq. ft. may not be cost-effective depending on scope, access and system requirements. Contact the team so we can confirm whether the project is a fit.
We serve Central and Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, including the greater Philadelphia area. Project location and scope are confirmed during the initial conversation.
