1-Day Polyurea, Polyaspartic & FlexPave Garage Floor Coatings
We offer a variety of professional garage floor coating systems, each designed to meet different needs for durability, appearance, and performance.
Polyurea & Polyaspartic: Our traditional 1-day system consists of a polyurea basecoat, a broadcast flake layer, and a polyaspartic topcoat. With proper installation, you can typically walk on the floor and park a vehicle on it in 24 hours.
FlexPave: For garages where durability and sustainability are equally important, FlexPave offers a different approach to traditional garage flooring. Manufactured from recycled tires, FlexPave creates a seamless, 3-inch-thick surface that is built to handle vehicles, heavy traffic, road salt, extreme weather, and everyday wear. Its cushioned, slip-resistant surface also provides a more comfortable surface underfoot. FlexPave can be installed directly over most existing surfaces, minimizing demolition and downtime, and unlike traditional pavement, it won't crack, crumble, or deteriorate in the same way over time.

Our 1-Day Installation Process
Polyurea & Polyaspartic
Diamond Grinding & Surface Prep: We mechanically grind the slab with diamond tooling to open the pores and create the correct concrete surface profile for adhesion. Old coatings, sealers, glue, and paint are removed as part of prep.
Imperfection Repair and Moisture Mitigation: Imperfections are resolved before any coating goes down. Moisture moving up through a slab from the soil below is the single most common cause of coating failure. We evaluate every surface and apply moisture mitigation where appropriate.
Basecoat, Flake Broadcast & Polyaspartic Topcoat: The polyurea basecoat goes down, and flake is broadcast into the wet coating for a full-broadcast finish. Excess chip is scraped and vacuumed, then a clear polyaspartic topcoat seals the system.
FlexPave
Surface Preparation & Refinement: We deep-clean and mechanically prepare the surface, repairing imperfections, removing contaminants and coatings to create the ideal foundation for long-term adhesion and performance.
Binder, Primer & Stone Installation: A high-performance bonding system is applied, followed by the FlexStone/FlexPave rubber stone system, hand-troweled for a seamless, permeable, slip-resistant finish engineered for both beauty and performance.
Cure and Set: The system cures into a flexible, durable surface built to withstand weather, wear, and daily use while maintaining long-term comfort, traction, and visual appeal—without the need for a topcoat.
