Our 1-Day Installation Process
Surface Prep (Diamond Grinding & Shot Blasting): We open the concrete’s surface profile and repair cracks and joints before any coating goes don. This is where most failed apparatus bay floors went wrong the first time around.
Base Coat, Chip & Quartz Broadcast, Topcoat: The basecoat is applied, chip or quartz is broadcast for texture and durability, and a UV-stable topcoat seals the system.
Line Striping, Logos & Safety Markings: Apparatus parking stripes in safety yellow, a department seal, equipment zones, and walk lanes — all part of the same install. The crew is in and out in a day. Walk-on time is measured in hours, and apparatus is typically back in the bay the next morning.
