Step 1
Preparation
We use shot blasting and/or diamond grinding techniques to prepare floor coatings. All grinders are hooked up with vacuum systems to clean dust.

Broadcasting The Chip
After finishing the basecoat application, we broadcast the chip by hand, offering both – color and texture to the floor.

Concrete Reconstruction
We fix pits and cracks with the help of award-winning menders and filler before initiating the installation process.

Scraping The Chip
Once the basecoat gets dry, our experts scrape and vacuum the floor to eliminate any loose or vertical standing flakes.

Basecoat
We mix and apply 100% solids, self-priming pure polyurea base coat to our floor coatings.

Clear Coat
UV stable polyaspartic clear coating is applied for the final look and enhanced protection.
